If you want to visit the north of Argentina, the best time to travel and get to know it is in the Argentine winter (June, July, August and September) which are months where there is not so much rain and the temperature is more pleasant.
The summer months (December-February) is the best time to visit Patagonia and make excursions. You have to know that the south of Argentina is the coldest area (by far), in fact the hottest day the temperature is 15 ºC.
