We took the Intercity Coachlines to Queenstown, popular for its adventure sports and ski slopes. The town’s history dates back to the 19th century, when its first inhabitants called it the “Queen City” because of its great beauty.
Full day in Milford Sound, the fjord known as “the eighth wonder of the world”. Cruise through the fjords to the Tasman Sea, Mitre Peak and Bowen Falls. Return to Queenstown by scenic flight.
We take the Intercity Coachlines to Dunedin. Surrounded by stunning hills, swathes of forest and situated at the foot of a harbor, Dunedin is the ecological capital of New Zealand. The city was built on the wealth of the gold rush so it has one of the best collections of Edwardian and Victorian architecture in the southern hemisphere.
