The project is the result of collaboration between Arsenale SpA, a company active in high-end hospitality, the Accor group, owner of the Orient Express brand, and Trenitalia.

The minimum trip is 3 days and 2 nights, for an amount of 814 euros per person for the Junior Suite and 1,214 euros per person in the Grand Luxury.

Orient express 2022
The routes will start in 2013, with a total of 6 trains and several iconic routes from the north to the south of the country. However, they intend to add three more international destinations such as Paris, Istanbul and Split at a later date.
In addition, customers who so wish will be able to make a special stopover in Rome, where the first Orient Express Hotel Minerva is scheduled to open in 2024. Onboard services will include haute cuisine, entertainment and a lounge bar, as well as additional options such as reserved routes or offers at exclusive locations.
