The best option is to fly to Orlando, Florida. There are direct flights with Avianca and Spirit. Copa Airlines also has flights, but with a stopover in Panama, as well as American Airlines which has flights with a stopover in Miami.
Inside the parks you will be able to pay in cash. You will also find ATMs to withdraw money and they accept the following cards and services: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, Cirrus, Plus, Star and Honor.
So if you want to save as much as possible on your trip to Disney, we recommend traveling in March, April, September and October. During these dates the weather is much nicer than in high season and the crowds are smaller, which will allow you to make the most of the day and enjoy the attractions and shows better.
In all the parks during the day you can see different themed parades, and at night you can see fireworks shows (except in Animal Kingdom, where the show is of lights so as not to disturb the animals that live there).
