Best time to travel to italy

Let’s see now what we expect for the period from November to March. There are five months and therefore, as we move away from the current moment, the possibility of being right decreases exponentially. In this case, apart from trends and models, we will use our own experience in this type of predictions.

The second element we want to comment on is the situation of the North Atlantic Oscillation, the famous NAO. This can have three phases: positive, neutral and negative. Right now it is in a positive phase, which has been a very stable anticyclone for a few days and the squalls are far north of Europe.

The most likely trend in the coming weeks is that it will be reduced to become neutral or slightly negative. This would come from the second to third week of November which would give way to the arrival of squalls with a somewhat colder character and open the door to new snowfall for late November and early December. This would be for the immediate future.

Summer in Italy

Nowadays, there are tools on the Internet that make it very easy to know the weather forecast hour by hour and with high accuracy. There are meteorological pages such as Meteociel, Wetterzentrale, Tiempo. com and similar, which bring together numerous models where you can see images with the map of the peninsula, in which you can see accumulated rainfall per hour, total, surface temperatures and altitude, surface wind and at different levels and many other parameters with which we can get a much clearer idea of what they predict that will be the weather in our area models, with much more accuracy than it will give us the weather man of a state channel that at best you can devote a few minutes to the entire peninsula. Personally, the model that I like the most is AROME MF that we have in the Meteociel web page. It almost always nails them.
