Tour of the united kingdom and ireland
Our question is what is the best way to distribute those 10 days (from 13 to 23): a first idea is to do Bath 2 days, then go to York another 2 days, then direct to Edinburgh, probably 3 days (is it right or is it too little/too much time?) and the final stop, 3 days, we doubt whether to dedicate them to the north of Scotland (Inverness perhaps?) or go to Dublin.
If you do not want to be packing and unpacking every few days, you could eliminate the stay in Bath, extend the stay in London a couple of days more, and make from London the excursion to Bath. Train tickets to Bath, bought on the day are expensive but the “Advance” (valid for a specific journey at a specific time) can be well priced if you book a little in advance, and if you get up a little early Bath can be seen well in one day.
Being in Scotland it would also be a pity not to take advantage and visit the Highlands a bit, visit beautiful and ghostly valleys (such as Glen Coe) or idyllic lakes (Loch Lomond, Loch Awe,…), although the ideal for that would be a rental car that would give you freedom of movement.
