On this trip to England we will also visit the birthplace of William Shakespeare, Stratford Upon Avon, and we will be able to visit the Beatles Museum in Liverpool. Finally, we will soak up the academic and intellectual atmosphere that characterizes the city of Oxford.
We will leave London for the north of England. In Cambridge we will have time to admire its beautiful halls of residence. After lunch we will continue on to York where we will have a pleasant memory of its cathedral, its atmosphere, its Roman walls and its active shopping streets. We will have time to enjoy the place. We will continue our journey north to Durham, a beautiful medieval city full of life with its cathedral in front of the castle.
How to get from dublin to london
On the first day, our guides will be waiting for you at the airport and will transfer you to your hotel. Once there, the day will be completely free, although our guides will be happy to offer information about where to go, what to visit and how to get around the city.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will have a guided tour of the city, one of the most peaceful capitals in Europe thanks to the personality of the people who live there. We will enjoy pleasant walks, visit its parks and many other places of interest. We will also visit the Liffey River and Trinity College, a visit that will last until lunchtime, after which you will have free time to visit those places you deem appropriate.
After breakfast at the hotel in Dublin, we will take a fast ferry to reach, in about an hour and a half to Wales, specifically Caernarfon, a city that has been declared a World Heritage Site for its imposing castle located by the sea. After some time to stroll and have lunch in this wonderful city, we will head to Liverpool, where we will be able to visit the Beatles Museum and walk around the city where they were born.
