The airline in Mexico led by Luis Noriega, presented its summer program with almost 100 destinations to visit in Canada, the U.S. and around the world, where it also provides travelers with a trusted reservation thanks to its Air Canada CleanCare+ biosecurity program, as well as new cancellation options retroactive to March 1, 2020, which will give greater flexibility and choice in case their travel plans change for any reason.
This summer program has solutions for customers should their travel plans change. In addition to the usual goodwill policies, and starting June 1, travelers will be offered the choice between a fully transferable travel voucher with no expiration date or converting their booking to Aeroplan Miles and earning an additional 65% bonus miles. Both options, retroactive to March 1, provide greater confidence and flexibility in planning and booking travel with Air Canada.
Under a revised goodwill policy, new bookings made by June 30, 2020 can be modified at no charge for original travel between March 1, 2020 and June 30, 2021.
