How to Immigrate to Canada Legally
All international travel requires the presentation of a passport. If you are traveling to another country, you will need a passport to board the international flight and enter the country. Passport cards will not be accepted as identification for international air travel.
To enter the U.S. through the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), each passenger must have a machine-readable passport. If your passport does not have a machine-readable zone, you will need to have a valid visa.
Permanent residents of Australia and all visa-exempt foreign travelers will need a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authorization (NZeTA). This requirement takes effect from October 1, 2019 for travelers traveling to or from New Zealand.
If you cannot present a valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate you will be denied entry to Nicaragua and will have to return to where you came from on the next available flight.

Canada takes the abuse of temporary foreign workers (TFWs) very seriously. Employers who abuse workers can face a court penalty or be expelled from the program.
If you think you are being abused, or are at risk of being abused by your employer, you may be eligible to apply for an open work permit for vulnerable workers. For more information, please visit the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) page for vulnerable foreign workers who are victims of abuse.
What do they ask at immigration in Canada? What is the eTA?
On March 14, 2022, the presentation of the vaccination passport in those places where it was required (leisure and cultural centers, commercial restaurants, trade fairs and professional shows, etc.) ceased to be mandatory. Similarly, the health passport ceased to be in force on August 1, 2022.
Since the beginning of the crisis, the health control system has made it possible to preserve our health system and to delay the arrival on French territory of variants with worrying characteristics. This system ceased to be in force on August 1, 2022.
However, in the event of the emergence of a dangerous variant, the entry into French territory of travelers from countries considered to be at risk could again be subject to the presentation of a negative virological test.
For information on health regulations concerning entry into the territory of other countries, please consult the Travel Advice section of the website of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.
