New U.S. services will be launched from Montreal to Atlanta and Detroit, Toronto to Salt Lake City and Vancouver to Austin. In Canada, three new routes will be launched between Montreal and Gander, Calgary and Fort St John, and Vancouver and Halifax. In addition, service will be restored on 41 North American routes, including: 13 routes from Toronto, nine from Montreal, five from Ottawa, five from Vancouver, four from Calgary, three from Halifax and two from Edmonton. The routes are scheduled to connect to Air Canada’s domestic, U.S. and international network at the airline’s global hubs in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal.
In addition, Canada’s flagship airline is enhancing its award-winning airport and in-flight services, with all 23 Maple Leaf Lounges now open with new features such as in-seat ordering for added safety and convenience.
Select routes will feature wide-body aircraft with Air Canada Signature Class, reclining seats, and Premium Economy. Seats for all cabins are now available for purchase on aircanada.com, through the Air Canada App, Air Canada Contact Centers and travel agents.

“We are happy to announce our Montreal-Bogota flight from December 2 and the increase to four weekly flights from Toronto, starting November 7. Bogota is a strategic point for the brand in the region and by strengthening our operation we show our commitment to Colombia. Canada’s flagship airline is also relaunching service to popular tourist destinations such as Barcelona, Budapest, Copenhagen, Madrid, Milan and Venice, which have been suspended since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.
