Global famine 2022 due to war
The UK government also advised against all travel to Ukraine, explaining that “trade routes out of Ukraine are likely to be severely disrupted and roads through Ukraine will be closed.”
The European Union’s Aviation Safety Agency said “operators should exercise extreme caution” and avoid using airspace within 100 nautical miles of the Russia-Ukraine border.
“We have customers traveling in late March and into April in Poland, but that’s more than a month. It’s impossible to say now how this will evolve. We are basically in wait-and-see mode,” Kozlowski said via email.
“IATA is helping to facilitate the and timely exchange of information with airlines from government and non-government sources to support airlines as they plan their operations around the airspace closure in Ukraine and parts of Russia.”
In response, on February 25, Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency, Rosaviatsia, imposed a ban on UK-registered flights, as well as aircraft owned, leased or operated by a person associated with the UK, from transiting Russian airspace.

Actually it is always the same standard document, which consists of 2 parts: a “service voucher”=”voucher” (in English or Russian) plus a “confirmation of reception of foreign tourist”=”confirmation of accommodation booking” =”podtverzhdenie” (in Russian). This document is issued by a Russian travel agency authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to issue it or a hotel entitled to do so. In most cases this document is arranged when you book your accommodation in Russia (but it is not automatic, you have to do it specially), i.e. when booking any type of accommodation, do not forget to ask about it (ask for “visa support”) before booking. There are also travel or visa agencies that manage it as an additional service. They provide a copy by fax or in PDF format. The visa will be issued exactly for the dates of stay indicated in the letter of invitation. Normally it is not required to present a reservation of air or train tickets to apply for the visa (you can read all the requirements on their website). The visa will be affixed to a page of your passport.

For details on Cuba sanctions regulations, including fact sheets on recent changes and information on how to apply for an OFAC license, please visit this Treasury Department webpage on Cuba sanctions. The State Department also provides information on Cuba sanctions and travel restrictions on its Cuba sanctions website.
Please note that neither the U.S. Embassy in Havana nor the Department of State in Washington DC process visa applications to visit Cuba. To apply for a Cuban visa or for other questions about Cuban consular services, contact the Cuban Embassy in Washington DC:
All Cuban-U.S. dual citizens should be aware that the Cuban government treats U.S. citizens born in Cuba as Cubans and therefore they may be subject to a number of limitations and obligations. The Cuban government requires that Cuban-U.S. dual citizens who departed Cuba on or after January 1, 1971, must enter and depart Cuba with a Cuban passport. Using a Cuban passport for this purpose does not jeopardize U.S. citizenship; however, these individuals must use their U.S. passports to enter and exit the United States. Those Cuban-American citizens, who left Cuba before January 1, 1971, may travel to Cuba with their U.S. passport but must apply for an HE-11 visa at the Cuban Embassy. Cuban authorities do not always notify the U.S. Embassy of the detention of dual nationals and may deny them access to U.S. consular officials.
World Famine 2022 declared
The United States has recommended its citizens not to travel to Russia in view of the current tension with Ukraine, just after having made the same recommendation for that country and ordering the families of its diplomatic staff to leave it.
The recommendation comes shortly after the one issued in the same sense for Ukraine. In this case, moreover, the State Department has ordered the families of its embassy workers to leave Ukraine and has recommended the departure of non-essential personnel in view of the “threat” of military action by Russia.
He has further stressed that Americans should be aware that a Russian military action anywhere in Ukraine can “seriously impact the U.S. embassy” and its ability to provide consular services. It has therefore insisted that Americans in the country “should leave using commercial transportation or any other available private options. The State Department has also asked all Americans to register on its website in case of a crisis such as the current one so that they can be contacted if necessary.
