It is dangerous to travel alone to India
When deciding the best time to travel to India, the first thing that comes to mind is the enormous extension of this country. However, despite this, there are two distinct seasons that will help us choose the best time to visit this exotic country.
Winter is undoubtedly the best time to travel to India, as there is no rain and not too much heat. This period covers the months of November to March included. However, in northern India, December and January are very cold months, so it would be best to avoid them. In southern and southeastern India, on the other hand, the rains are more torrential, especially between October and early December.
On the other hand, September and March are the months with the mildest temperatures, therefore, it would be the perfect choice to visit the desert and jungle in the west of the country. If you visit the national parks between July and September, the rains will fill the area’s lakes and wildlife with beauty.
Two decades ago, Mahalingam quit her job in conventional print journalism and switched careers to energy research. Soon after, she began receiving invitations to speak at international conferences in oil-producing countries, and the world of travel opened up to her.advertisement
“There were creepy crawlies everywhere and piles of leaves three feet high. You’d put your foot down and you didn’t know if a snake would writhe around your leg or if a scorpion would sting you. It was raining all the time. I’ve also been to the Amazon rainforest, but it was a piece of cake compared to Borneo,” he says.
“The trip to Kashmir wasn’t particularly stressful, but it turned out to be very different from what one would have anticipated. In retrospect, it’s all fun. The driver was driving like a madman and we were shot at.”
“Bullets pierced the car and one hit the fender. I was crouched in the back and was actually laughing. I didn’t realize the gravity of the situation. It was exciting. Now, when I look back, I think maybe what I did was foolish,” she says.

Rickshaw (motorcycle cab) drivers will be the first to greet you in every city you arrive in, and with a lot of anxiety. When you get off the train or bus you will meet several offering to take you anywhere, and even if you tell them that you don’t need transportation, several will chase you naming places until they see that they can’t convince you (after much insistence). But if you want to take one, it is important that you keep some things in mind to avoid possible frustrations at the end:
What living in India is like for a woman
One of the things we take very much into account are the accommodations, we love to feel comfortable when we travel, why give up on our vacations to comfort. We select boutique hotels full of personality and good taste.

I have loved to know Bali. Besides being a paradise, the activities have made us have a wonderful time. It has been a very well organized trip. To thank Veronica for being attentive at every moment of us and for making us feel at home. I would repeat without a doubt. I would recommend it 100%. Thank you very much to the organization. Me with a little piece of Bali in my heart.
