With a valid eTA you can travel to Canada as often as you wish for short stays (usually for periods of up to six months at a time). You do not need an eTA to travel within Canada.
An eTA does not guarantee entry into Canada. When you arrive in Canada, a border services officer will ask to see your passport and other documents. You must convince the officer that you are admissible to enter Canada.
Applying for an eTA is a simple online process that takes only a few minutes. Most applicants get their eTA approval (via email) within minutes. However, some applications may take several days to process if you are asked to send supporting documents. It is best to obtain an eTA before booking your flight to Canada.
When we approve your eTA, the authorization will be linked to the passport you used to make the application. You are required to present that passport when you check in at the airline counter for your flight to Canada.

CX888 and CX865/CX889 are not pre-approved flights by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), as they operate outside the operating hours of the U.S. pre-approval processing facility.
Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is mandatory for visa-exempt foreign nationals traveling to or through Canada by air. Travelers must apply for the eTA and receive approval prior to boarding their flight to Canada. Exceptions include U.S. citizens and travelers with a valid visa. For more information, visit Canada.ca/eTa, this link will open in a new window on a website operated by a third party and may not comply with the same accessibility policies as Cathay Pacific.
When traveling to the United States, you will be required by airport customs to present your exact address during your stay in the United States, as required by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection.

Canada is a country as extensive as it is interesting, full of forests, bears, lakes, squirrels, whales, etc. It is a country that nature lovers will enjoy to the fullest, but also lovers of photography, as each landscape is a scene worthy of portraying.
It is a country with very extreme winter temperatures, so it is admirable how man has adapted to this type of life. The cities are well prepared for the harsh winter, but even so we do not recommend the trip in winter unless it is only to see the big cities and some occasional excursion.
In principle it is not necessary to be vaccinated to travel to Canada, but as in all our trips outside the European Union we advise you to consult with the international vaccination center in the government delegation of your province.
