~ 29.08.2022 487432Panama, May 9 (EFEMEX).- Some 300 Cubans, out of more than 3,500 stranded in Panama, today resumed their journey to the United States via flights to Ciudad Juarez (Mexico), an official source informed Efe today.

Mexico’s Interior Minister, Alejandro Encinas, said the government was negligent in taking security measures in the 2011 arson attack on the Casino Royale in the city of Monterrey, Mexico.
