This petition must be filed within 90 days prior to your second anniversary of the date you were granted conditional resident status. When must I pay the USCIS immigrant fee? You must pay the fee prior to your departure to the United States. USCIS will not issue your green card if you do not pay the fee. However, even if you have not paid the fee, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers will allow you access as long as you are eligible for entry.
What if the visa was issued before February 1, 2013, do I have to pay the fee? No. Only applicants who were issued visas on or after February 1, 2013 will pay the new fee. At the airport or land border, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers will review your immigration records to determine when your immigrant visa was issued. If your visa was issued on or after February 1, 2013 but the fee was not paid, you will be asked for the Immigrant Visa packet at the port of entry, but USCIS will not issue the green card until the $165.00 has been paid.

It is one of the most frequent doubts, and although for those of us who have been on the road for a while it may seem obvious, thinking about the necessary documentation to go on a trip can be a bit annoying. What documents are needed to travel around the world? Although the requirements depend a lot on where you come from, as well as where you travel to, in this post I am going to tell you in a general way what are the points to take into account when planning a trip, as well as the most common requirements that you may be asked to enter another country. If you have any doubts, questions or comments, you can leave them at the end of the post.
For Argentine travelers there is the possibility of moving around almost all of South America (excluding the Guianas) only with a national identity card (DNI). The advantage of this option is that it is not necessary to get a passport and, if you already have one, you can save pages traveling with DNI. The disadvantage is that, as they cannot stamp your document, they give you a paper with the entry stamp and the number of days you can stay. What documents are needed to travel afterwards? Well, this paper is essential to be able to leave the country, so you should not lose it. If you don’t have it, you may be charged a fine, or leaving may become a much more cumbersome process than it should be. Personally, it gives me a lot of stress to have to think about not losing a piece of paper that is easily confused with a ticket or one of the many forms you are given. So if you choose to travel with an ID card, keep it in a safe place.

– The extra services you hire (already in itself, the passage includes the cabin, all meals and some drinks, but there are different bracelets that are paid per day and include a wider range of drinks).
Approximate prices: in 2017 we spoke to passengers who told us they paid $500 + gratuities (total per person for the entire trip) for a windowless stateroom. Now, from what I see on the web, prices start at €750/person for an outside stateroom with window (still cheaper than a plane ticket anyway).

Citizens of El Salvador need a visa to travel to the United States. A nonimmigrant visa is a permit to enter the United States, once approved it is placed in the passport, a travel document issued by the authorities of the applicant’s country. A U.S. visa allows you to travel to the United States, but does not guarantee your entry or determine the amount of time allowed for your stay. Immigration officers at the port of entry make those decisions.
Certain citizens of some countries (European and some Asian countries) may travel to the United States without a visa, if they meet certain requirements. For more information about the Visa Waiver Program, please visit the following link.
