Despite this power, it is one of the poorest countries in Africa with one of the highest percentages of the population suffering from AIDS. However, contrary to what many would think, something that characterizes this place are its breathtaking landscapes, incredible reserves, huge wildlife and the friendliness of its inhabitants.

One of the most famous visits in the country is to go on safari in the Hlane National Park, one of the parks with the largest amount of wildlife. Considering that Esuatini is located halfway between the Kruger National Park and the iSimangaliso Wetlands, including it in your tour is an excellent idea.

You can either go on safaris on your own or hire the guided safaris, with which lion sightings are virtually assured, because they are in a separate, controlled area that you are not allowed to access with your car. The safari lasts two and a half hours.

There are two options for sleeping inside Hlane, Ndlovu Camp and Bhubesi Camp. The Ndlovu Camp is the main camp and where you find the restaurant, the reception and the entrance to the park right next to it, from here also depart the guided safaris. Bhubesi Camp is 16 kilometers from the main camp and there is room to cook your own food.
