We will enjoy magnificent safaris in Kenya, visiting the most important parks and reserves in southern Kenya, such as Lake Nakuru National Park and the Masai Mara National Reserve, both emblematic sites for the density of wildlife and the beauty of its landscapes.

On board our truck, we head north towards the natural area of Lake Naivasha, following the Great Rift Rift. In its waters, we will make our first boat safari, to see many birds, families of hippos and of course, the herbivores that populate “Crescent Island” in the deepest part of the lake. Camping.

We dedicate this day to a safari in Lake Nakuru National Park, located in the Rift Valley, where a large population of migratory birds inhabits the waters of the lake that gives its name to the park. In addition, the area is known for the black and white rhinos that are located on the green shores. Camping.

We will say goodbye to Lake Naivasha, crossing Maasai territory, until we reach the vicinity of the Masai Mara Reserve, where we will visit a Maasai community to learn about their ancestral customs. Entering the village houses, watching the impressive dances or learning how to make fire are some of the experiences we will live. Camping.

Tour of kenya

This East African country, bordered by Tanzania, South Sudan, Uganda, Somalia and Ethiopia, sits on the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. The capital, Nairobi, is vibrant and bustling, and other urban centers such as Mombasa and Kisumu City also stand out, though Kenya tours are more likely to focus on the incredible national parks and their nature reserves and the exotic wildlife that inhabit these vast lands.

From the amazing Great Migration to the elephant herds of Amboseli in the shadow of Mount Kilimanjaro, there are countless safari opportunities to ignite the imagination of every traveler.

A safari in Kenya is incomplete without taking in the abundant wildlife of the Maasai Mara Reserve, home to the iconic Big Five and the Maasai people, known for their distinctive dress and customs. By touring Kenya you can appreciate the different cultures and traditions of the various ethnic groups living in the country.

With such a diverse population, it is fascinating to delve into the history of Kenya’s past. Before the impact of colonialism in the 19th century, Kenya was settled by North African communities and, in the 1st century, Arabs and Persians also came to the Kenyan coast and forged settlements, due to its proximity to the Arabian Peninsula.
