Personally I will tell you that all safaris in Africa are amazing. Because of my work in Los Viajes de Sofía I have been able to do several of them and together with the 15-day safari in Indonesia I will tell you that for me they are the star trips.
Even so, if we only have a week we don’t have to worry. A safari in Kenya or Tanzania of that duration is completely feasible and can be a good first contact with this exciting world.
For other countries like Uganda, Namibia or Botswana, combined or not, I would recommend to have at least 10 days. Also because the air connections are worse and it will probably take longer to get there.
Depending on the country or countries we choose for our safari in Africa 15 days there are different places we should see to make the most of the trip. Here are some of the highlights, although you don’t have to see them all:

Safari Africa Packages
Breakfast and transfer to the great Masai Mara National Park, about 6 hours with a stop for lunch on the way. In the afternoon we will visit a local Masai village and start to immerse ourselves in the local culture.
Today we will have the first opportunity to experience an authentic Kenyan safari, we will leave in jeeps with removable roof and we will do it before sunrise to live a full day of nature.we will drive through the Masai Mara and our driver – local guide will take us to the best corners of the park.at noon we will stop for lunch surrounded by the spectacular nature, and we will return to our base camp for dinner.12 hours of safari, from sunrise to sunset, so come prepared!
After a full breakfast we will start our return journey to Arusha, arriving in Nairobi in the afternoon and the rest of the day will be dedicated to personal relaxation and dinner at a nice local restaurant.
We will leave at 8.30 am from Nairobi and after a 6 hour drive we will have crossed the border and be in the town of Arusha, Tanzania. In the afternoon we will be at the lodge where we are staying, on the outskirts of the city to rest and prepare for the following days.
